1. First of all, prepare the stainless steel decorative strip, select the line, and confirm that the surface is free of scratches and bumps, and the size is correct.
2. Check whether the bottom surface of the closed butt joint is firmly fixed, whether there is any unevenness at the butt, and deal with it well.
3. The corresponding position of various decorative lines should be far away from the horizontal line, or placed in an inconspicuous position indoors. Especially for the metal decorative line with obvious interface, more attention should be paid to the corresponding position arrangement of the decorative line.
4. First, fix the wooden lining in the closed position with round nails. The width and thickness of the wood lining are slightly smaller than the inner diameter of stainless steel.
5. Then, apply epoxy resin adhesive (universal glue) on the wood lining, apply epoxy resin on the stainless steel tank, and clamp the wire on the wood lining.
6. The surface of the stainless steel trunking is generally pasted with a protective layer of plastic belt, and it should be torn off from the stainless steel trunking after the construction is completed. If there is no plastic tape protective layer on the surface of the trunking, a layer should be pasted before construction to avoid damage to the line surface during construction.
